CX Cameras
With the CX series' fast CMOS cameras, you can reliably check seals for deformation, defects, correct seating and product mix-ups such as shape or color — even at high speeds. Its compact 29 × 29 mm body and M3 mounting points on every side make flexible machine integration a reality. CX.I cameras also provide up to four power outputs of up to 120 W (max. 48 V / 2.5 A) for direct lighting control without an external controller, further simplifying integration and reducing system costs.

Quality Inspection of Containers
CX Cameras, LX Cameras
Reliable inspection of containers to find particles, dirt build-up, cracks or defects in the bottle body requires both high image quality and resolution, combined with high production speeds. CX series cameras, with resolutions up to 12 megapixels on the latest CMOS Global Shutter image sensors, are especially suited to this task thanks to features like Burst Mode for fast successive captures and exposure times as short as 1 µs. An integrated sequencer allows image-capture parameters — such as exposure time, region of interest (ROI) or lighting-control outputs — to be changed quickly even at very high speeds.
To detect even very fine details such as suspended particles, LX series cameras offer resolutions up to 65 megapixels.

CX Cameras
Depending on the product format, filling-level monitoring for detecting under- or overfilling can be combined with other inspections such as seal inspection or quality control. CX series cameras offer different sensor formats with resolutions up to 20 megapixels, allowing all inspections to be performed with a single camera, saving on system costs.
