KVKK Information Notice

As İLKE OTOMASYON ELEK. İTH. İHR. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (the “COMPANY”), we take the highest possible level of security measures to ensure that your personal data are collected, stored and shared in compliance with the law and to protect your privacy. This information notice explains how your personal data are collected, used, stored and protected within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), your personal data will be collected and may be processed by İLKE OTOMASYON ELEK. İTH. İHR. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (the “Company”), as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The Company may collect various personal data from parties such as its customers, employees, potential customers, job applicants, business partners and suppliers. The data collected include identity data, contact data, customer data, customer transaction data, transaction security data, legal transaction and compliance data, and marketing and sales data.

These personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Provision of Services: Providing products and services, fulfilling obligations, and preparing records and documents.
• Legal Obligations: Complying with the data retention, reporting, notification, tax and other obligations stipulated by local and international legislation.

• Customer Satisfaction: Satisfaction surveys, complaint management, and obtaining opinions and suggestions about new services and products.

• Legal Operations: Handling legal proceedings and official requests.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data collected may be shared with the following parties:

• Business Partners and Suppliers: Business partners, suppliers and shareholders.
• Authorised Public Institutions: Public institutions and organisations authorised under the Tax Procedure Law, the Social Security Institution legislation, the Court of Accounts, the Law on the Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds of Crime, the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Code of Obligations and other statutory provisions.
• International Companies: Foreign companies and affiliates.
• Service Providers: Natural or legal persons from whom we obtain services or with whom we cooperate for product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising and the fulfilment of the purposes stated above.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected through the Company’s Head Office, contracted websites, institutions to which we provide or from which we receive support services, our website, our mobile application, our call centres, our social media accounts and other communication channels. These data are collected within the framework of the applicable legislation and in the course of the performance of contracts.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

As data subjects, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data are being processed,
• To request information if your personal data have been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• To request the rectification of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legal provisions,
• To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise these rights, pursuant to Article 13(1) of Law No. 6698 and the relevant communiqué, you may submit your request in writing, or by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using the e-mail address you have previously notified to the Company and which is registered in our system.

Your application must include:

• Your name, surname and, if the application is in writing, your signature,
• Your Turkish identity number or, if you are a foreign national, your nationality, passport number or identity number, if any,
• Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
• Your e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification purposes,
• The subject of your request.

Any information and documents relating to the matter, if available, must be attached to the application.

If you wish to submit your application via KEP, you may contact us at the e-mail address above to obtain our KEP address.

Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents enabling your identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If incomplete or incorrect information is provided, our Company may not be able to fully respond to your requests. It is therefore important that your application is complete and contains the requested information.

6. Data Security

The necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of your personal data. However, it is not possible to guarantee that data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and therefore we cannot give a full guarantee regarding the security of your information. Nevertheless, we do our utmost to keep your information secure.

7. Changes and Updates

This KVKK information notice may be updated depending on changes in legislation and our company policies. Updates will be announced on our website.
