Compact all-in-one solutions
Baumer's smart profile sensors offer powerful 2D measuring performance in the XY or XZ direction, integrated into a compact sensor, extremely easy to use. The compact, industrial-grade housing of VeriSens vision sensors also includes everything you need for image-based in-line inspections, product identification and robot control.
Simple use and application
Whether through an intuitive web interface or a handy application suite, our intelligent image and profile sensors can be quickly installed and very easily adapted to individual applications without requiring programming effort and while production is ongoing. Even Universal Robots' collaborative robots (cobots) can be controlled by VeriSens in just a few minutes after installation.
Connectivity
Thanks to our wide range of interface options and compatibility with various protocols (e.g. PROFINET, Modbus TCP, IO-Link, EtherNet/IP), you can integrate our sensors into existing systems quickly, easily and optimally. Additionally, OPC UA provides direct connection to IT and cloud services. VeriSens URCap is a convenient connection point between Universal Robots and intelligent vision sensors.
