Differential pressure gauges are designed to provide accurate readings of pressure differences between two points in your process. Typical applications include filter monitoring, hydrostatic level measurement in closed tanks and flow measurement.
Bourdon offers a comprehensive range of differential pressure gauges with stainless steel, monel or hastelloy wetted parts, also compatible with corrosive fluids and atmospheres. Diaphragm seals can be installed to adapt Bourdon differential pressure gauges to almost any installation requirement.
Various measuring technologies enable differential pressure ranges from 0…10 mbar to 0…25 bar and static pressure up to 400 bar. Mechanical or inductive contacts can be added for alarm setting or regulation with 1 or 2 set points.
Mechanical differential pressure gauges are local indicating devices that operate without an external power source. The indication is formed by the elastic deformation of the mechanical sensing element when pressure is applied. Many options can be selected to tailor the display to process or application requirements, such as environmental compatibility, overpressure protection, safety, custom dials, etc.
Many years of experience for your mechanical pressure measurement solution.
