Baumer offers an exceptionally comprehensive sensor technology portfolio for packaging machinery. This includes inductive, capacitive, optical, magnetic and ultrasonic sensors, along with distance sensors based on laser, ultrasonic, radar or inductive technology. In image processing, our portfolio includes smart vision sensors and industrial cameras; for positioning and motion control it includes encoders, inclination and acceleration sensors, and magnetic encoders. It also covers process sensors for pressure, fill level, flow rate and temperature measurement as well as liquid analysis, and force and strain sensors for precise mechanical measurements. The portfolio is rounded out with identification systems (1D/2D code readers), counters and displays, plus a range of accessories and connectivity solutions such as IO-Link.
