If the published installation torque specifications are insufficient for your application, we recommend using a nut locking fluid to secure the My-Com. However, remember that the published maximum torque specifications must not be exceeded!

My-Com D:20Nm

My-Com E:5.5Nm

All other models:3.5Nm

With Hard Steel Tip

My-Com E and D have spherical hard steel tips that enable lateral approach to an object such as a conical plate.

With ZrO2 Actuator Tip

My-Com A, B, BS, C, F, G and M should only be approached axially. A sideways approach may break the tip.

Vibration Proof Mounting

The My-Com precision key must be securely fastened. To ensure perfect operation, ensure that the support surface is not subject to vibrations. Strong vibrations and high accelerations can cause switching errors due to the inertia of the contact ball.

Things to Consider About the Cable

To avoid cable breaks, My-Com must be installed at a suitable distance.
